Workspaces
Instance admin → Workspaces lists every workspace on your installation, so you can tidy up without opening anyone's content.
The workspace list
Each row shows the workspace name, its owner (name and email), the number of members and projects, and when it was created. Search by workspace name or the owner's email.
Transfer ownership
Use this when an owner leaves, or before you delete the owner's account.
- Click ⋯ → Transfer ownership… on the workspace.
- Pick the New owner. Only people who are already members of the workspace can take over. If there's nobody else in it, ask the owner to invite the new owner first.
- Click Transfer ownership.
The new owner also becomes a workspace admin.
Delete a workspace
- Click ⋯ → Delete workspace….
- Type the workspace name to confirm and click Delete workspace.
The workspace and all of its projects disappear for every member.
WARNING
Deleting a workspace removes it for everyone in it. Talk to its owner first.
Both actions are recorded in the Audit log.
